Once you’ve learned and had fun generating 100’s of AI images it’s time you have a new hurdle. How to organize and manage of these images?
In this guide we’ll teach you about how you can filter, tag and add images to collections (similar to folders but with more flexibility) to easily organize your images.
We’ll be utilizing the “all images” tab and “collections” tab of your “my profile” section
The all images tab showcases all your images sequentially. From this tab you have variety of functions to organize images but most importantly you can select many images and add them to a Collection

All images created in ArtSmart.ai, whether through the Playground or Tunes feature, are stored in the "All images" section. We have added a tagging system so that you can group them into categories.

We have also added more filter options and a search bar to make it easier for you to find images on this page. Additionally, we have added the ability to select multiple images in order to perform bulk actions such as editing, deleting, or adding to a collection.
There is a menu of options available for you to do with your images. Look at the image below.
When you move your cursor over each image thumbnail, you will see four buttons appear in the top right, bottom left, and bottom right corners. Let's begin by looking at the buttons in the bottom corners.

You can click on the thumbnail in the "all images" section to view the image in more detail. It will appear larger and you will also see information about the image such as the prompt, generation mode, seed, resolution, and tags.
Click one of the thumbnails to view the image in more detail.
A popup will appear with detailed information about the image on the right, such as its prompt, generation mode, image dimension, tags, and credit.
On the bottom right you can find any actions available, which are the same as those available in the grid view.
Refer to this section for an explanation of what these actions do and how to do them
We have given you some filters and a search bar to make it easier to find images. Here is what they are for:

We received a lot of feedback that we should not use auto-grouping for image generation, so we have introduced a new grouping concept called a "collection". Think of it as a folder system with more flexibility.
Collections can be used to organize images into specific categories, making them easier to find and use. Additionally, collections can be shared with other users, allowing them to access the images and collections you have created.

Refer to the section for instructions on how to add an image to a collection.
On the collection page, click on an item from the list.
Click on the grid item to see details
A pop-up with the collection details will then appear.

The actions described here are for individual items (images) in the collection, not for the entire collection. Most of actions are the same as before, with the addition of some new actions regarding the new collection concept. Here is a quick overview of what you can do in this pop-up view

<aside> 📌 To share your collection, you need to make it publicly accessible. By making your collection public, you allow others to view and access the images within it.
</aside>
You can decide which collections you would like to make public or private. Only public collections and items within public collections will be visible to others on the internet, while private collections and items will only be seen by you.
Only collections with publicly-visible items can be shared and seen by everyone. If a collection is publicly accessible but has no publicly-visible items, it cannot be shared. To share the collection, you must make sure there are publicly-visible items in it
How to:
To share a collection, hover your mouse over the collection thumbnail and click on the three dots icon.
Select the option "Get link to share" to get the link for the collection.
You’ll see notification that says the shared link successfully copied
Share the link with anyone you want to. The format of the link for sharing will be similar to this
